Photo and floorplan package - Our most popular service! Package includes 10 professionally edited photos and a floorplan up to 3 bedrooms: £105+VAT 

Note: If we complete an EPC at the same time we will apply a 1/3 discount to EPC charge.

Just photos: up to 10 professionally edited photos: £70+VAT

Just a floorplan: For a property up to 3 bedrooms: £70+VAT (using your measurements or ours)

Additional options:

Drone photos, up to 10 professionally edited photos: £140+VAT

Drone video, usually 30-60 seconds long (can be edited and set to music): £180+VAT

Reels, 30-60 second tour for social media (for longer reels pls call) £90+VAT

Additional bedrooms to floorplan: £10+VAT each.

Add fixed furniture and compass to floorplan: £20+VAT.

Additional photos: £5+VAT each.

Add a watermark to photos: £3+VAT each.

Night / Dusk edits: £25+VAT each.

Green grass edit: £15+VAT each.

Object removal: Add £40-60+VAT (eg cars, skips, scaffolding etc - price dependent on size of item).

Virtual staging: £80+VAT per photo.

3D floorplan upgrade: £95+VAT (for up to a 3 bed property)

Allow perspective purchasers to take a virtual tour from the comfort of their armchairs. Up to a 3 bed property: £80+VAT. For additional bedrooms in virtual tour: £20+VAT . There is also a hosting charge of £20+VAT per month or any part of.

For 3D renders the cost is £220+VAT for a property up to 3 bedrooms and this will showcase key areas of the property and is usually 1-2 minutes long. Please contact us for a quote for larger properties. 

EPC (Studio-1 bed property): £99+VAT

Note: we will apply a 1/3 discount if we carry out the EPC as part of a photo and floorplan package

Additional options:

Additional bedroom: £20+VAT.

Legionella assessment: £95+VAT.

We strongly recommend that a Legionella assessment be completed at least every two years or before any new tenancy begins.

If you cancel or postpone with more than 24 hours: No charge

If you cancel or postpone with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of order value is payable

If you cancel or postpone whilst we are on site: 100% of the order value is payable
